Our produce cooler is looking fantastic in...plastic! Newly installed vinyl curtains on our produce fridge will help our sensitive vegetables stay fresh for longer in intense summer heat (like we're about to have again this week!) Plus they help keep us running efficiently. Yay!

It’s tomatillo season! When eaten raw, they have a bright tangy flavor, and when roasted, the tanginess mellows and gives way to mild sweetness. When combined with chiles, tomatillos help to mellow out their heat!
