Tonight I’m off to the launch of Grange Park Opera’s forthcoming production - over 4 summers from 2025 - of Wagner’s Ring. It can’t - alas - be a cycle but director Charles Edwards’s Tristan & Isolde was so good, his staging promises to be memorable compared to recent UK ones 😀
