Why do large companies (such as Sky Ireland) persist in using one size fits all feedback surveys. If you grade poorly the poor customer service person suffers. If you grade well senior management have a false sense of security about their processes and systems. No nuance
It takes a lot of poor service before I post publicly about a company but Turkish Airlines have the worst ever customer service. I have been trying to get money back on flights that I am owed since the end of January.
