Graham Collins Wow, you weren't wrong it's a noticeably more bulky edition! Great work, I always highly recommend this series, it's so useful as an MDT colleague!

More jobs in Oxford! Are you an SpR or more junior doc with a keen interest in haematology and interested in clinical research experience? See advert for early phase trial fellow in lymphoid disorders. Interesting and varied job with a fantastic team. healthjobs.bmj.com/job/354630/cli…

Typically excellent analysis of the modern treatment landscape for Hodgkin lymphoma by Andrew M. Evens, DO, MBA, MSc. Last point very well made - need now to use emerging tools eg circulating biomarkers, MTV etc to better personalise treatment with lifelong impact of therapy in view.

So… often I get asked to make my posts more accessible to non-medics. I thought I might try doing this on Instagram. Never used Insta before so should be interesting. Just search for ‘lymphomaprof’!

Nice data from Brinkman et al showing co-administration of anti-CD20 bispecific antibody with anti-CD19 CAR T-cells enhanced efficacy in vitro and in in vivo CLL model. Associated with expansion of both endogenous T-cells and CAR T-cells. #lymsm ashpublications.org/blood/article-…

Risk score for WM - age - LDH - albumin Nice and simple! 5y OS from 55% to 93%. But pts were diagnosed 1997-2017. Will this hold when more BTKi therapy being used? A common problem for risk scores. #lymsm ascopubs.org/doi/10.1200/JC…

Whilst underpowered it’s the largest randomised trial we will get for this and has shaped our practise. PMBCL in CMR after 1L immunochemo - no benefit of radiotherapy observed. The question now is what to do with the Deauville 4 responses.
