Finished reading The Final Empire this morning. Thru the first two thirds of the book I wasn’t sure this was going to be a trilogy I continued. Luckily, the final third was amazing. I’ll be moving on to The Well of Ascension soon. #Fantasy #Books

Me and my wife have been looking forward to watching this since the trailer dropped. Finally, it dropped on Prime video. We watched it last night and loved it. Buying a physical copy today and we’re certain this will be a “comfort” watch, often.

I don’t care about analytics. Teams keep avoiding FG’s and then getting stopped on 4th down. Leaving 3 points off the board in a hope to get 7 is costing more teams games than winning them imo. #NFL

The last two weeks I’ve read the first three Dresden Files books. If you like vampires, werewolves, demons, and detective stories, these are for you. Up next for me will be Rob Lowe’s book: Stories I Only Tell My Friends. Need something different before I jump back into fantasy.

Unpopular position. I’m out on single issues. I will look into cover art purchases by Jeff Lemire however, but if it’s expensive, I pass. As far as trades and hard covers go, the premise has to excite me. I’ve bought one single issue and no collected issues in 4 months.

The last couple of weeks I’ve read: Grave Peril Shoeless Joe The Well of Ascension Firefly: Big Damn Hero & Stories I only Tell My Friends. Just started The Will of the Many by James Islington. The Well of Ascension was the best of the bunch. I’d recommend Mistborn to anyone.
