Yesterday, the APPG heard from witnesses on the need for Government to urgently act and deliver the Gambling Ombudsman that consumers were promised. Entrusting the industry to lead this process has failed. Department for Culture, Media and Sport and Gambling Commission must act now to protect consumers.

Yesterday, the APPG heard from witnesses on the proliferation of B3 machines and Adult Gaming Centres. Department for Culture, Media and Sport must reform the regulations to prevent harm. Liberalisation of the 80/20 must be abandoned, and 'aim to permit' must be changed, empowering councils.
