A Day in the Life #GPworkloadstudy: GP Partner 3pm: GP Partners are on their way to seeing an average of 26 patients per day. They will spend an average of 14m36s on each consultation in line with Royal College of General Practitioners recommendations bjgp.org/content/early/… (Data was recorded pre-covid)






GPWorkloadStudy Doing this GP workload study made me realise the unsustainable hours I work in the surgery. I was spending a minimum of 2 hours daily returning patient calls about blood and xray results. I learnt to delegate this role and reduced my return calls by 50% #evidencebringschange
