Massive thanks to Ricky Feather for sorting a cable routing problem on my trusty C bike. Local service, top bloke and not even one of his frames! Thanks Ricky 👍 #feathercycles

First ride on Cannondale super six HI Mod today. While it looks quite old school , I have to say to it corners on rails and climbs like a dream while not beating you up in the process. Very impressed.

And, not having a power meter on it never bothered me at all. In fact it was really nice just to ride and use your body sensations as a natural control medium. Quite liberating really.

Elderly drivers - top tip. Reverse into spaces so that it does not take you 15 mins to get out again in reverse. Also, dont turn the wheel until your out of the bay. Then you wont take out the car parked next to you!

Think Im going to give up on eaby. Sick of all the time wasters and stupid questions then, someone opens a case against you for a £12 mech sent to a convinience store in london without even asking for post proof. Well sent that now so not a lot more I can do to help.

Super ride today with the Boys. Set off 7am and near 95m done by 12.15. Solid riding all day with no waiting about. Group rode really well. Nice to see summer again too. Makes all the difference.

There’s resurfacing work going on around the North of York at the moment that may affect your rides (and possibly chaingang too). Corban Lane is an inch deep in top dressing. Wigginton Road, Haxby Road and Clarence Street all scheduled for the same. Thanks Paul G for the heads up

Fantastic afternoon at the Ricky Feather event in York. Never tire at looking at his supreme craftsmanship and beautiful bikes. A true artisan in an arena where many others can only profess to be . Thanks Ricky.

Dear City of York Council the mud on Terry Avenue on the road by where they are building the new travel lodge is absolutely disgusting! Basically a mud bath with no mud signs or anything! On a matter of time before a cyclist slips and falls off! Needs cleaning urgently!

On my once again solo ride I saw MULTIPLE groups of riders training together. From 4 to what must have been over 10. Seems Covid is over and I should be out with a group then? NOPE. You try to do the right thing and others just dont care at all.

The Media are on loop about the panic buying of fuel that they caused by reporting that BP had a few delivery concerns. Thus causing the situation in the first place & then, ensuring it continues so that they can carry on reporting on it.What do you do tho if you “really” need it?
