Good Morning The Ava District is currently experiencing issues with its phone system. Mediacom made some changes last night while some work was being done and it has created outages all over town. Hopefully the issues will be resolved shortly. Thank you for understanding.

Good Morning, this is Jason Dial Superintendent of the Ava School District. Due to incoming snow fall accumulations and deteriorating road conditions. The Ava R-I School District is cancelled for Wednesday January 27th.

Ava High School is partnering with Missouri Ozarks Community Health to bring an immunization clinic to the school on April 7 & 8. If you wish to have your 11th-grade student immunized at school please sign & return the consent letter to the AHS office as soon as possible.

The Ava R-I School District will be closed Friday February 19, 2020 due to poor secondary road conditions.

Attention Fall Sports student athletes. Practices will start on August 16th. The schedules have been shared on Facebook. All student athletes must have their physical prior to the first day of practice.

Ava High School Open House for all students will be Thursday, August 18th from 2 - 7 PM. Freshman/New Student Orientation will be held in the Ava Performing Arts Center beginning at 5:00 PM. Students may pay their $20 book deposit and annual Chromebook premium.
