americanair American has the absolute WORST customer service!! My daughter has to fly them to be able to see her boyfriend who is in the military. There aren’t other airlines from where we are to him. She has ended up in tears because they have been so horrible to work with!!!

americanair That’s the problem!!! I have reached out, and she has every time!!! You guys just bully her into checking her medication bag!! Which she even called yesterday to try to make sure she could keep it!!! She was supposed to have a note on her ticket that she could keep it!!

americanair Don’t book a flight with AA, they might threaten to randomly kick people off the flight without compensation if you don’t volunteer. Horrible horrible customer service. For shame!!
