The last two days my heart rate has ramped to 120bpm, while I’m standing still. While I’m sitting. While I’m sleeping. I just tried to get dressed and my chest is so compressed with tension I can’t inhale. I’m so overwhelmed with pain and rage. I can’t stop crying. I can’t stop.
