We need to call out sexist behaviours regardless by whom, be each other's keeper despite our differences and refuse to be used by men for their own purposes! #womenleaderszw

Women also need to reject the system which ignores agreed code of conduct. #womenleaderszw

Leadership is not just in politics we need to cele rate women community leaders. And demand equal representation in appointed positions.

Men should be accountable to the constitution, male leaders should take leadership for upholding our laws. Men should acknowledge that women leadership reduces pressure & expectations for them to deliver as responsibilities are shared! #womenleaderszw

Women are leaders @ home, communities. They take leadership for welfare of families, communities and country during crises and or policy failures e.g. maround to pool much needed resources, home based care, production of masks; sanitisers, SDC #womenleaderszw

Gender stereotypes inform appointments with women allocated traditionally female roles. Yet gender roles by definition, can change. Deconstruction of sexist socializations means women can take up any roles and vice versa! Diversity demands women's inclusion #womenleaderswz
