The #beach has always been my #happyplace so when we visited #venicebeach in #florida I was blown away by the amount of #seashells , the beautiful #sanddunes , the #crystal blue water, and the amount of #sharksteeth we found buried in the sand.
I love a good #glutenfree wrap but most #crumble . In #fortmyersflorida we found a wonderful little #cafe called Living Vine Cafe. They have a vast variety of #glutenfree , #vegan , and #organic foods. I enjoyed the vegan wrap, #chocolatechipcookies and #chocolatedonut .

It's #NationalFrozenYogurtDay ...but with a twist. We made #frozenyogurt bark with #fresh #blueberries , #raspberries , and #darkchocolate chip! This was #delicious , #light , #sweet , and just enough #bitter from the #chocolate .
