My Advice in A Nutshell: 1. Apologize for the pain you're responsible for. Say it once, sincerely & honorably, then move on. 2. Forgive everyone for everything like your life depends on it. Forgive everything that moves. 3. Put your whole heart into whatever's in front of you.
