Today day 2, at the 10th ICAN Women, Peace, and Security Forum, with peacebuilders from 47 countries.

I have had the pleasure to join peacebuilders from 47 countries at the 10th ICAN Women, Peace, and Security Forum. 💪 Presenting them with the Empowerment Self Defense method is inspiring and encouraging, as it is an added and needed grassroots effort for safer communities.

This week, I had the pleasure to present the ESD (Empowerment Self Defense) method to professors at the University of Sports in Tirana. Participants showed great interest and deemed it necessary for national dissemination. W/ UN Women Albania Sweden in Albania @ESDAlbania

I’m so glad to partner & lead this #trainingoftrainers in Zagreb 🇭🇷, for Udruga Amazonas, established in 2004! Now, they’ll incorporate Empowerment Self Defense into their work for violence prevention & better social skills for youth. Amazing participation, involvement, energy!

Croatia has now the first group of ESD facilitators; three days intensive training Level 1A, was a success!! What a wonderful sensation to introduce Empowerment Self Defense in a new country. 💪 🇭🇷
