Track meet prep for today. Zachary Ruot worked with sprinters. After 1/4 pin squats, contrast jumps, and block starts were plate boom booms. Knee drive was too low. After adding an aiming point these got much better. 🏃‍♀️

Gamify with VBT Circa Max Sqt 1x90% .35-.45 m/s Then 1x90%+ -Over .45 add weight -In the range stay 90% and beat last speed 3 things happened 1. Added weight because it was fast 2. Beat their previous single at 90% 3. 1 hit a 15lb PR Set them up for success and drive intent
