Pre-pre-JWOC unofficial camp starts next week on the Moray Coast in Scotland. Culbin will be used which hosted the World Champs in 1976

Good day spent training on Culbin. Plenty of legs in the green and a really good section of butterfly loops with head to head legs.

It's day 3 in the Big Spongey House! We're off training today on Roseisle where we're doing a middle race practice on the dunes. V. Excited

Great weekend of pre-JWOC training (and photography?) in Scotland. Time to taper now...

Julia & Ralph are having an interesting experience travelling to Lemvig in Denmark. Have now nearly missed a plane, a bus and a train!!

Have had a very interesting day getting the bus to go training on Vester Thorup (3 hour journey!) It was definitely worth it though.

The rest of the GB Team arrive at Aalborg Army Barracks (JWOC Centre) tomorrow. Not long now till the first race...

What a successful JWOC! Great results - 7th nation overall - and great team spirit. Kris Jones SILVER in the sprint the highlight.
