The programme will be providing first-hand experience of senior leadership roles. The programme aims to open-up these roles to black doctors and promote participation at ALL levels within the Trust.

The GALVANISE pilot programme will soon be underway - a 6-month programme for 5 BME junior doctors. Board-level leadership experience, personal leadership development and mentorship as core elements. We can't wait to get started!
