Happy Minden Day to all Vikings

The Royal Anglian Regiment are currently deployed on Op Toral in Kabul, Afghanistan. The battalion is providing Advisor Force Protection the enable the mentoring of Afghan security forces.

B Company, 1 Royal Anglian Regt spent last week honing their urban warfighting skills in Copehill-down village. The intensive training ranged from 8 man Section level attacks to 28 man Platoon level actions. All in preparation to deploy on Exercise Sabre next month.

More than 100 soldiers from B (Suffolk) Coy 1st Bn Royal Anglian Regiment Charity took part in a unique exercise in Finland as part of a joint expeditionary force involving nearly 1,000 soldiers. A first for the British Army, this demonstrates our dedication to European Security. #GlobalBritain
