48 IAEA member states have issued a Joint Statement on Nuclear Safety, Security, and Safeguards in Ukraine at the IAEA - International Atomic Energy Agency ⚛️ Board of Governors Meeting. The document, in particular, states that the restart of the reactors at the ZNPP is only possible once the facility is returned
