Goopy had a redesign midway the development, we figured he deserved a glowup, unlike in the original Cuphead he didn't have to be just a ball, as he won't have to be confined to the simple shape that better defined a dodge-able hitbox

I've kept delaying showing this guy but. Say hi to Gen-Scrapt. This character would appear on a secret level happening on a sketch like dimension inhabited by concept art and scrapped ideas. Scrapt was a 3D modeled character that embodied the future generation of animation ⬇️
