“Rembrandt Reframed” brings together 22 prints by Rembrandt van Rijn alongside the works of contemporary artists who challenge us to consider the ways in which they both share and differ from the techniques of the Dutch artist. Catch it before it closes on January 8!

Beginning January 21, the exhibition “Chitra Ganesh: Dreaming in Multiverse” will be on view. Ganesh’s work includes a major wall installation, a series of recent prints and video animations that draw upon her inspiration of Buddhist and Hindu iconography, sci-fi and more.

Opening in January, “Together/Apart” proposes a revised narrative of modern and contemporary American art. The exhibition draws from the collections of the Frost Art Museum and the The Wolfsonian–FIU We are delighted to share our rich and varied collections through this exhibition!

The museum is thrilled to announce the acquisition of 2 works by artist Onajide Shabaka. His practice is deeply informed by frequent walking and rigorous research as well as nature and ritual. We look forward to presenting these works in upcoming exhibitions.
