Det är med glädje jag kan meddela att Johan Floderus och Saeed Azizi nu är på ett plan hem till Sverige, och snart ska få återförenas med sina familjer.

Swedish citizens Johan Floderus and Saeed Azizi have been released after being imprisoned without reason by Iran. The Swedish government has worked intensively for them to be released. Today, they will land on Swedish soil and be reunited with their families and loved ones.

Delighted at the news that our Swedish colleague Johan Floderus and his compatriot Saeed Azizi have been released from unjustified Iranian custody. I wish them a good reunion with their loved ones. Congratulations to Sweden for its persistent work to achieve this outcome.

Jag har nu pratat med Johan Floderus och Saeed Azizi som är ombord på planet till Sverige. Lång resa kvar men fint att höra deras röster. Båda sa att de efter omständigheterna mår rätt bra. De ser fram emot att komma hem och möta sina familjer.

Nu har Johan Floderus och Saeed Azizi landat på svensk mark och äntligen fått återförenas med sina nära och kära. Tillsammans med deras familjer tog jag och utrikesministern emot dem på flygplatsen. Välkomna hem till Sverige! 🇸🇪
