@daveixd Fred Beecher That works for me: “service design for your design practice.” I’ve been saying for years that designers needed to turn inwards and design their own design practice the same way they design their products and services.

TFW you get all excited to read a Medium article from a new designer talking about what they're learning on the job and then you finish and you're all like WTF ARE THEY EVEN TEACHING KIDS IN DESIGN SCHOOL THESE DAYS!?

I did my best UX work for a genomics organization. They were VERY concerned about design. Trying to help Drs. make connections between data sets. LOTS of collab sketching, testing, & prototyping. They didn’t care what it LOOKED like; they cared whether it did its job #DesignOps18

#youknowyouareindesignopswhen you talk with design tool vendors and one of the first things you ask them about is their MSA process. #DesignOps18

I have three active mentees... I guess I don't talk about it very often. I just assume when you get to a certain stage in your career this is something you automatically do. Mentor people, it's all about giving back ❤ You end up learning from them anyway :)

Oh hai Twitter. Say, if you or your team members need to get skilled up on Axure 9, I've released a Skillshare course to meet just that need. Best for those totally new to Axure, but introduces many V9 features too. skl.sh/2GVcFRc
