Wanna know what 5 star customer service looks like? I bought a Body Glove paddleboard last month. Discovered the paddle was defective so emailed customer service. FIVE MINUTES LATER THEY RESPONDED! A new paddle was shipped out and it all took less than 1 hour!! 5star service.

I'm so effin tired of shitty customer service. Especially by billion dollar corporations, I'm looking at you CIBC. Still waiting to hear back from someone, anyone, regarding the issue after been told that someone would be reaching out. I just want to be treated like I matter.
