Here are some of the site notes for today's land art at @BradfordGrammar then add the splashes and the ribbons and hopefully we'll have a lovely QueensburyQueens rider to show you by lunchtime.
Carlton Kirby these are great land art paintings by Fields of Vision inspired by Queensbury Queens CC
Commissioned by Bradford Council this dual site artwork links Lister Park and @BradfordGrammar . A member of QueensburyQueens follows the UCI World Championship ribbons through a broad ford (from which Bradford takes its name) and makes a splash to celebrate Bradford!
When our artist Andrew Wood came up with this 'broad ford' land art design to celebrate the UCI world championships ladies start in Bradford Council we had no idea the riders would try and recreate our QueensburyQueens rider in Lister Park!
Well it's certainly weather for ducks and luckily our next UCI π Yorkshire 2019 land art commissioned by Bradford Council and sited at #addingham is ........
There's theme developing in π Yorkshire 2019 land artπ¦ Addingham Ducks, βCity Park, Bradford Bradford District Parks #ListerPark umbrellas, π#Fishonabike nr River Aire, QueensburyQueens in a π¦Broad-Ford! Coming to an event, dress for the weather & give the riders a warm welcome #yorkshire2019
Thanks to @Eurosport_UK for the great comments about one of our our 2 #Yorkshire2019 land artworks for the Bradford Council UCI ladies start this morning. 'broad - ford' celebrates the city's great history and QueensburyQueens .
Look out for the return of the #Addingham Ducks this morning as the π Yorkshire 2019 UCI world championships leave the Bradford Council district.
Our latest work along with Worth Valley Yfc backing the Bradford bid for the #CityofCulture2025
Thanks to Fields of Vision for their hard work taking inspiration from @SRManorlands & Worth Valley Yfc & Wyedean who've been making accoutrement for the Household Cavalry Guards for her 70 yrs reign. #BDCelebrates #HM70 #PlatinumJubilee
