With the grace of God, my poetry collection (Before I Forget... I Am a Poet) has reached the shortlist for the Al-Ghasham House for Translation Award - Authors' Category - for the year 2025.
I am happy that three of my poems are published in the anthology of poetry (Palace of Poets) released by Barcelona Publishing, prepared and translated by Professor Hassan Yart.
One of the truly wonderful evenings was last night at the (Margaret E Library) where I held a poetry reading and discussed my creative experience with the audience for over an hour.
A selection of my poems was translated into Polish and published in a poetry anthology that featured contributions from more than one hundred poets representing seventy-seven countries.
One of the most remarkable poetry readings I participated in was the session that brought me together with the poet and professor Keith O’Shaughnessy, a professor of literature and creative writing at Camden University. The event took place at the Community Arts Center
