Mr Ferdinand Gehringer, Cybersecurity Advisor from Adenauer-Stiftung gave guest lectures on “Conflict Area: Cyber and Information Space” for students and lecturers of VinUniversity (College of Engineering and Computer Science, College of Arts and Sciences) and USSH HCMC (IR Faculty)

Nowadays state and non-state actors pay more attention to #cybersecurity as the cyber space is becoming increasingly geopoliticised, furthermore civil and military actors are increasingly merging; hybrid threats against critical infrastructure are increasing.

More than 180 prominent national and int'l speakers & experts joined discussion. Experts from 🇩🇪were Ferdinand Gehringer, Cyber Security Advisor, KAS Berlin and Dr. Frank Sill Torres, Director of the Institute for Protection of Maritime Infrastructures, German Aerospace Center.
