Today, as we recognize Mental Health Day, we pray this will encourage you. You are not alone. Jesus knows you inside and out, and He cares so deeply for you. Come to Him with your worry and your pain. He will meet you right where you are and faithfully see you through.

Sometimes, worship looks like this. Unashamedly crying out to Jesus when life is messy. Reminding ourselves of His faithfulness and love. Even So, Jesus won’t let go.✨
