I hate AI chat or chat bots. I can search a knowledge base (if you set up search properly). I just fired a vendor that required support entry through a chat bot. Live chat is bad enough as you never get anyone's full attention, chat bots are a plague upon non-morons.

Even 20 years ago Grafton Street was a pleasure to walk and do a bit of shopping. Now ladies I know refuse to go there as it is no longer safe.
