Members elect me to represent their best interests. (Not my own) Your Executive Council recommends accept. We vote our Fire Brigades Union 'leaders' into positions democratically, I trust their appraisal of the situation. MEMBERS must now decide and lead us forward with a decision.

The FBU Executive Council has unanimously recommended that members accept a revised pay offer. The ballot will close in early March. We got this offer by standing united and voting for strike action. But we won't sugar-coat it either. Full update here: fbu.org.uk/news/2023/02/1…
