Re-watched Topgun yesterday. Today I saw Maverick and I’m very happy with my decisions. Topgun is a timeless classic. Maverick is an incredible sequel.

Maternity/Paternity leave: Many companies dislike these, but my experience is that when a great worker goes on leave, others need to step up. When that more experienced person comes back, the company has 2 great workers instead of 1. Getting out of comfort zone is good for growth

There’s an upcoming cEDH $5k tournament in SCGCON 2023 in Baltimore. I’m very curious about what ruleset they are going to use (everything from round time, pairings, comp REL stuff, etc), since Star City Games is a big player, so hopefully it will set a standard!
