Beginning October 3, northbound 5th St S will be closed to thru traffic between 14th Ave S and 15th Ave S. Southbound 5th St will remain open throughout this work. Crews will be working on private underground utilities. The closure is expected to be in place for up to two weeks.

Beginning at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, October 7, Main Avenue will be reduced to one lane of traffic in each direction between 4th St. and 2nd St. for sanitary sewer repairs to be completed. The road is expected to fully reopen by the end of the day Friday, October 10.

Beginning at 8:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 8, 4th St. N. will be reduced to one lane of traffic in each direction between 3rd Ave. N. and 4th Ave. N. for water infrastructure repairs. The road is expected to fully reopen by end of the day Wednesday, October 8, 2025.

Beginning Friday, October 10, 3rd Avenue North will be closed to through traffic between Broadway and 5th Street North. A crane will be on 3rd Avenue North working on a building. The closure is expected to be in place from 6 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Friday, October 10.

Beginning Friday, October 17, 25th Ave S will be closed to thru traffic b/w 18th St S and 17th St S. Vehicles will be detoured to 21st Ave S via 15th St S and Gold Dr S. The road closure is for sanitary sewer repairs. The road is expected to fully reopen in two weeks.

Beginning Thursday, October 23, University Drive North will be reduced to one lane between 9th Avenue North and 10th Avenue North. Crews will be working on private underground utilities. The closure is expected to be in place for one day.

Beginning Saturday, October 25, southbound Broadway will be closed between 1st Avenue North and 2nd Avenue North. Crews will be working on private underground utilities. The closure is expected to be in place for up to six days.

Beginning at 8:00 a.m. Monday, October 27, the northbound lanes of University Dr. S. will be reduced to one lane between 30th Ave. S. and 27th Ave. S for storm sewer repairs to be completed. The road is expected to fully reopen by end of the day Tuesday, November 4, 2025.

Beginning at 2 a.m. on October 29, Main Ave will be closed to traffic between 21st St and 17th St S. Vehicles will be detoured to 1st Ave S. The closure is for overhead powerline work at Main Ave and 18th St S. Main Avenue will reopen no later than 6 a.m. on October 29.

Beginning Thursday, October 30, one lane will be closed on 10th Street between 1st Avenue South and 1st Avenue North. Crews will be working on underground utilities. The closure is expected to be in place for one day.
