I will say that my issue was resolved and the staff I spoke to were all more than courteous and capable. But sheesh…4h25m on a phone call with JetBlue.

Several people were just allowed on the MBTA #9 bus with no masks…driver looked right at them and said nothing. I don’t expect them to get in any fights over this but it could at least be said to the passengers when they get on.
