1. Should state courts be able to change election laws that determine federal electors?  Should governors and secretaries of states be able to change election laws through executive actions and bureaucratic decrees that determine elector outcomes?

2. Doesn’t the federal constitution explicitly give that power to state legislatures?  When there’s a conflict between branches in this regard, isn’t the legislature the ultimate authority under the federal constitution? This is not a “theory” this is a fact, is it not?

3. The Democrats want activist courts, Democrat governors, and bureaucrats to be the final arbiters for obvious reasons. But that’s not what the constitution compels.
