When you watch D3 college games all the time, then watch a HS game (like I did tonight), you forget how much more intense the play is in college. HS kids *think* they are playing hard, but it's amazing how much of a huge jump it is from HS to D3 college. #d3hoops

Everyone’s path is different. Some will play D1. Some will play D3. Others may go JUCO or NAIA. There will be some that never play a minute in college but had great high school careers. Some will walk away for other reasons. And it’s all ok.

High school basketball Parents: Their kid has the ball : “shoot it!” Their kid doesn’t have the ball : “swing it!” How come it’s never the other way around? Those dinner table conversations ruin players ..

First AAU tournament of the season: 1. The amount of zone D is embarrassing 2. The amount of reaching, hand checks and hacking on D that is not called does not in any way translate to the kids high school season. 3. Legit question, do a majority of kids get worse playing AAU?

Paying $25 per parent to watch AAU is criminal. Zero Gravity come on
