This week we want to shout out our volunteer Megan Ash who first joined PGE almost a year ago! She has played a key role in the program design of our Phase 2 cohort model, facilitating communications with our guides and participants, providing them with the support they need.

2021 was an opportunity to grow through the challenges presented to all of us. We were able to grow our Virtual Learning Journey program, develop the new Gender Equity Index for coffee and cocoa farmers, and create new partnerships to advance gender equity globally. Happy 2022!
