Having a sense of purpose has multiple benefits which can have a positive impact on a mental health such as, a sense of joy and happiness, optimism and confidence.

We when compare ourselves to others it can have a negative effect on our self-esteem. It can make us feel unworthy and not good enough. Self- love and self-acceptance are far more healthy for our mental health. So, learn to celebrate YOU.

Despite what you hear, generally there are no overnight successes in business. It takes time to plan, implement and make a profit. Three things that need to be actioned and created as part of the process are: 1. Research 2. A business plan 3. A survival budget

Blame and healing/improvement are mutually exclusive. Blaming looks to the past, while healing/improvement is focused on the present and future. Blaming hinders action by allowing the person blamed to occupy our thoughts; whereas healing and improvement promote empowerment.
