Hi patch-clampers! Pls hit me with all the reasons you have had brain slices die on you. For the last three weeks, all the cells in my slices have been dead (mostly bloated with dark dots on). A few weeks ago I was getting lots of great cells per day... going insane. Pls RT! 😫
