At what point are we selling?

I’m going to take some profits today… maybe a massive mistake but I can’t sleep anymore, I’m stressed all the time, this is bad for my relationships and health. I’m looking at the charts every 5 seconds.

I have about 25% of my initial 1.2m ADA Cardano wallet left. Kind of scary because both up and down feel different now. But I feel massive relief that if a flash crash comes I’m not too f’ed now. I hope I can sleep again, cos this was a tough experience! But I’ll be back!

From the last 4 times QE started, the first two crashed the markets. And the last two rallied the market. The current forecasts are kind of the same as the first two. And we have a president that lies about tariffs, job data, economic state and prices. It might be much worse!

I feel like it's time to sell all crypto. If I'm right, based on historic events (no guarantee), tomorrow might be the last green day and Sunday or Monday the market will crash massively. Did I sell everything? No, I didn't. But I feel like I should. But I simply can't sell $ADA.

The only thing I’ll hold right now is 300k $ADA. Not that I think it will go to ATH but I hope it still goes to $2. Unfortunately I feel it will be a round trip but I feel comfortable with that.
