I lived in Mississippi for nearly a decade as I started my career and love it and the people as much as the state I grew up in. David Dennis Jr.'s words resonated deeply for me. level.medium.com/youre-not-supp…

More than 1,500 Louisianans are serving time due to a non-unanimous jury conviction--a relic of Jim Crow. We must #EndJimCrowJuries and restore justice for all.

NOW: RAPP Leader Roz is rallying outside NYS Senator Brian Kavanagh 卡范納’s office to demand he co-sponsor Elder Parole. Her husband’s blanket is draped over her. He died in prison just 3 weeks ago. He was 67 years old. Elder Parole would have allowed him a chance at release 8 years earlier.
