Elderly Virtual Ward Bradford 💙 Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS FT so thankful for this team. Since my previously fully independent 88 year old Grandma fell and fractured her humeral head they have provided the medical support and equipment we have needed to look after her at home as a family. We are so grateful!
