Aislinn Konig worked on foot to foot pound crosses , between the legs and behind the back moves into the shooting pocket this afternoon. Did some speed and reaction drills to follow. One full month of skills work in the books! A couple more sessions next week! #TTG

Great workout today with @JackiG_23 . Today she introduced some new two 🏀 drills and placed an emphasis on being in shape. She spent time doing some workout drills with the 🏀 and stated “Fitness is just as important as ball-handling”. #TTG

@JackiG_23 session today had 20 participants. She showed them the Turkish crossover move which took some time for each to learn. Challenging them through live video requires personal responsibility on each participants part &they’ve responded positively. Continuous learning. #TTG

@JackiG_23 skills came live today from Portland, Oregon. Jacki introduced some training drills learned from NBA skills trainer Phil Handy . They continue to be introduced to this great, big world of 🏀 learning from teachers at all levels. Awesome week of work! #TTG
