We too tried to save Fred today. Man, that worm was sticky and really had the Ss working together. Lots of great teamwork!

While reading independently Ss took time to stop and jot something they were thinking or wondering about the text.

Ss worked in groups to solve clues on a digital breakout. Almost got it...to be continued! Breakout EDU

Ss used teamwork, place value knowledge, and critical thinking skills to try and breakout.

Ss were engaged as they used @Flipgrid to explain how a multiplication problem was solved incorrectly and how it should have been solved.

Ss investigated black boxes during science.

We took some time to explore the new books being added to our classroom library. Lots to choose from!

How many pennies can a boat made of foil hold? We learned it depends on the shape of the boat.

Math workshop! Ss practiced order of operation and had to estimate just how many pennies there were.

Thanks Paulette Tykwinski for coming into math today and getting us started with a 3 act task. Can’t wait to do more!
