@MawwfireI We use standardised assessors and EffectiveCommand , it’s early days for us, but it’s proving really ‘effective’ (pun intended) for us.
The sessions will be based on their feedback and data taken from their EffectiveCommand portfolios. Which each session tailored not only to our service objectives and trends, but also their personal needs.
