My bet: Bouchard saw the meme and got mad; prosecutor told Bouchard he can't arrest for a meme, so Bouchard sent several deputies to cook up a case against the meme-poster; deputies found an old warrant, and Bouchard used the old warrant as the pretext to arrest the meme-poster.

The guy we arrested had a legitimate warrant. So, all of the anti-American and unconstitutional comments I made in the press conference (where I mislead people into thinking constitutional speech subjects you to arrest) were totally fine! Let that be a lesson to all of you goys!
