We cannot do without prayer. We cannot live without breathing, and praying is the breathing of the soul, the expression of our love for God. After such moments of recollection with Him, moments of communion and love, we will come away refreshed and ready to face our daily lives

We cannot tolerate or turn a blind eye to racism and exclusion in any form. At the same time, we have to recognize that violence is self-destructive and self-defeating. Nothing is gained by violence and so much is lost. Let us pray for reconciliation and peace.
