17 boys checked in at the XC meeting today! Lots of new faces and many more missing at baseball or other obligations. Going to be a great summer of training and lots of fun! Soon enough we will be at the tent ready to be our best! ⚫️🔴⚫️🔴

The best thing about East Swimmers, they are kind, hard working, respectful and coachable. Building GOOD TEAMMATES, athletes who are encouraging of others, do their part and understand WE before ME!

What a great way to end the season for the Scarlets! These young men put all they had into the season and all ended with 45 second to 1 1/2 minute time drops from three weeks ago on the same course! Love all you guys and will miss our seniors greatly! Where we from? EASTSIDE!⚫️🔴
