Poor show GWR you have halved the size of the 7.41 from Kemble to Paddington. We are rammed in with folk with health issues having to stand due to all reservations being cancelled. This will only get worse at Swindon, Didcot and Reading. Rail Ombudsman Network Rail

I had high hopes for my first commute in 2 weeks. Sadly dashed at the first hurdle. GWR yet again you have shortened the 07.41 from Kemble to Paddington to a tiny 5 carriage train. If you are going to keep sending half a train please can we pay half the fare? ORR

Hello GWR I'm on the 7.41 from Kemble to Paddington and yet again it's 5 coaches not 9. This is now a very regular occurrence. I suggest that you advertise this service as a 5 car one and start saying that it has no reservations #manageexpectations ORR

On a train from Kemble to Paddington with a seat for carriage H which in a 5 car train doesn't exist. Come on GWR if you know you are going to put on a 5 carriage train why sell me a mythical seat! Not only am I standing but I am going to lose 1.25 hours of work. GWR
