Excited to see this trial activated! Patients on ADT+ARPI for mHSPC with PSA < 0.2 at 18-24 mo after starting ADT will discontinue treatment and be monitored closely. 1° endpoint is 18 month treatment-free with recovered T, 2° endpoints include duration off treatment and QOL.
